We have a work harness.  It is bio and webbing.  comes with collars and I think the bridles are there too.  We got it with a team we bought.  The guy used them for parades and wagon rides.  It was in good shape, but has been in our barn, so it will need a good cleaning.  I can get it out and get pictures if you wish.  I'm not sure what it is worth.  We are also in WA state.  I will try to find a value for it on line.  You are also welcome to make an offer if you are interested.
